Important Information Regarding Your Visit
BOOKING
Each guest must book under their own name with a separate email address. Carefully review all policies, services, dates and times before booking. We are not responsible for errors made during the online booking process.
MINORS POLICY
We welcome guests 18 and older for all services.
INTAKE FORM
You will receive an email confirmation with all our policies and a link to a brief digital intake form. Your form must be completed prior to your arrival. If you don't receive it or are unable to submit it, please call the spa before you arrive for your treatment.
CHARGES
For your convenience, a 20% Service Charge is added to all services upon checkout in lieu of gratuities. All services are non-refundable. We welcome your feedback through our guest survey.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
While we try to honor requests, we cannot guarantee your provider's gender. All our licensed Massage Therapists and Aestheticians are trained and committed to delivering an exceptional spa experience.
HEALTH CONCERNS
Please consult your health care provider if you have any health concerns. We do not provide medical advice or documentation for insurance purposes.
VALUABLES
Please leave valuables at home or in your hotel safe. You will be asked to remove any jewelry that interferes with your treatment.
DIRECTIONS
We're located at 157 High Street Portland, Maine 04101 inside the Westin Portland Harborview Hotel. Enter the lobby and go downstairs to the right.
FACILITIES
Our facility includes relaxing sounds and scents, as well as complimentary wellness teas and water. We have a men’s and women’s locker room with robes and slippers, as well as a shower with towels and toiletries.

PAYMENT
A credit card is required to secure your booking and will be charged after your service unless you are using an Adeline Gift Card or your Westin room charge. We do not accept cash or checks and cannot split payments for group bookings.
CANCELLATIONS
All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual appointments and 48 hours in advance for groups. Please log into your account or call the spa and leave a detailed message if we are unavailable. Missed or late-cancelled appointments are charged in full because we are holding that time, space and a provider for you.
PREGNANCY
We welcome guests in their 2nd and 3rd trimester. Please speak with your healthcare provider then add the prenatal enhancement to your treatment so we can prepare for your visit.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and change. Services must begin and end on time. Arriving late will shorten your treatment without price adjustment.
PARKING
Street parking is available, along with the Gateway Parking Garage next to the hotel.
MODESTY
Please undress to your comfort level using the provided robe and slippers. You will be professionally draped during your treatment per state regulations.
ELECTRONICS
Electronic use of any kind is strictly prohibited in our sanctuary. Please turn your phone off and enjoy this time to relax.
